Life update! Just booked my flight to London where my girlfriend and I will share a flat until October! It’s been a rough 159 days since I last saw her in person and now there’s only 142 days left! That’s over halfway! If you can’t see there’s a stopover in Iceland for the flight which is a dream come true. While in London I will meet up with Sherwin, visit Kirsty in Scotland, Viu from Barcelona, my Aunt in Ireland and anyone else in the area that considers themselves tumblr friends (or future tumblr friends). I’m going to try to get a job with the Olympics and just generally enjoy myself. At the end of September my best friend Eric is coming over and we are going to go backpacking across Europe for 45 days.  We’ve already got it plotted out at a rough estimate of $5,000. We leave from London to Paris where my godmother has a timeshare. From there we will travel by car from Brussels to Amsterdam> Berlin> Prague> Munich (in time for Oktoberfest!!!)> Vienna> Bratislava> Budapest. We have a flight from Budapest to Istanbul that has a layover in Riga. We wanted to go to Athens but had to cut it out… until the cheapest flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv had a day layover there! From Tel Aviv we go to Jerusalem, Petra and finally Cairo before catching a flight back to the U.S.A.! So, I mean, I guess I’m kind of excited.
